lily is an expert in alternative nutrition, exercise, fitness, mental health strategies and hormonal cycles. she has loads of personal experience with elimination diets, the Whole30, strength training, Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa and acro yoga, running, biking, online booty building strength programs; how to manage anxiety and depression; and some knowledge around working with difficult menstrual cycles and symptoms.
she is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, a NASM certified personal trainer and completed a trauma sensitivity training for survivors of sexual and relationship abuse as well as a trauma sensitive yoga series.
in person training is available on a case by case basis for $50/hour. training is geared toward developing a game plan so that you can work out without me and feel confident. when you train with me, you have unlimited access to all of my knowledge and can reach out with questions at any time!
